Initial CRM Course

An interactive course that normally lasts two days and is primarily for cabin and flight deck crew who have little or no previous CRM knowledge. The course is run by accredited CRMI (ground ) facilitators and complies with all requirements within the UK CAA under the Joint Aviation Authority JAA) regulations.

Recurrent CRM Course

This course is designed to continue development of CRM skills as an annual refresher for pilots and cabin crew. The compliance requirements and content is developed annually with the client airline company to reflect the issues and culture within the airline. The courses are run by UK CAA accredited CRMI facilitators.

Instructional Techniques Course

The CAA approved course predominantly lasts between three and five days depending upon the experience and requirements of the crew participants. It is suitable for pilots and cabin crew who will be gaining instructional skills to become a CRMI ( Ground), and for Line Training Pilots who are to become accredited as CRMI(Line).

Specialist CRM Courses

These courses are specialist courses in preparation for moving to accreditation for the various CRM Instructor categories. They are normally a minimum of 2 days depending on training experience of pilots and cabin crew attending the course.

The CRMI(Ground) course is equally available for pilots and cabin crew who will be preparing for accreditation as CRMI(ground).
The specialist course for CRMI(Line) and CRMI(Base/Sim) is for training pilots.

Behaviour Marker and Refresher Course

The courses are for instructor pilots and designed to refresh basic skills in Facilitation and De-briefing using NOTECHS or similar Behaviour Marker schemes. The course is normally at least one day for instructor pilots.

CRM Masterclass

All of the Masterclass courses are designed for experienced cabin crew and pilot classroom facilitators who require development and further use of adult learning techniques. Topics include: course development and design, facilitation, latest CRM knowledge, research methods and adult learning skills development.
