Crew Resource Management (CRM) training is mandated under EU-OPS for all aviation team members. Our relevant courses comply with all JAA/EU-OPS European and UK Aviation CRM Regulatory requirements.

Aviation Training Service Company runs CRM Instructor (CRMI) courses for many airlines. These Aviation CRMI courses are for new classroom instructors to become qualified as CRMI(Ground) and for new and existing instructor pilots to become CRMI(Line) and CRMI(Sim). These courses are five days.

EU-OPS now mandates that all pilots must be assessed on their CRM skills. We run courses called "CRM Assessment EU-OPS Compliance CRMI (Line/Sim)" for existing Line Trainers and Simulator Trainers who need to be qualified and assess CRM skills using Behaviour Markers such as the validated NOTECHS system. These courses are normally three days. These courses can be booked as the last three days of our open CRMI Course or run as stand alone courses at your location or in the UK.

All programmes and courses run by ATS are designed to take into consideration the culture and requirements of client airlines. The aim of our Aviation CRM courses is to add non-technical skills (CRM) attainment to technical skills and technical knowledge of crewmembers to improve safety and be meaningful at the front line of operations.

Aviation Training Services works closely with our associated company Omega Training Solutions Ltd. Some courses are run under CAA Approvals of Omega Training in conjunction with Aviation Training Service
